Tanya (Iroko) Dining Table
Tanya (Iroko) Dining Table
Solid Iroko, clean architectural form.
Iroko (Milicia excelsa) is known in many West African cultures as a "King of Trees", often left standing when land is cleared because of its spiritual significance. When first cut, the timber glows a vibrant golden yellow. Over time it oxidises into a deep, regal copper-brown, so this table keeps changing as it lives with you.

ABOUT THIS PIECE
This table is one of a kind and ready for delivery. The photos show the actual piece.
Solid wood carries natural characteristics such as knots, fine cracks and variation in grain and colour. These are part of the timber's character, not flaws.
Wood moves gently with heat and humidity. Keep the table out of long hours of direct sunlight and away from fireplaces.
